WE ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH WHAT WE ORDERReasonably priced. We're using with their paper also bought on amazon which also seems to be priced well. We moved from c-towels which were pulled out by the handfuls so I suspect we're using a lot less paper. We never did the cost analysis since I would think the rolls 'should be' cheaper than c-towels however you might have to buy the rolls from georgia-pacific(?) so you MIGHT be locked in to them (razor and blades).Unit works good. You can adjust the length of the paper used which I would recommend that you do and pay attention to how many sheets people use. We set ours at Medium but I'm finding more employees taking 2 sheets so Large might end up costing us less paper. It's easy to setup and runs on batteries so no wiring. It's quiet which is one reason we went this direction vs a blow dryer which seemed like it would be a good idea but way to loud for those who's desks/offices are nearby. The dryer would be going of all day.I guess you could save a bit and go with the non-powered version where you pull a piece out and it cuts upon the pull but for the bit more it seemed worth it.Great towel dispenser, and amazing service by seller - Doctor's Order. Thank you! What a great customer support!!I really appreciate their help on my product being lost. They sent me one right away. The product was great! It was properly working and thank got, it was easy to install!Thank you for your help.I would give this machine a 6 star!!!After seeing how much we use paper towels in our facility, and how careless my employees are with the amount of paper towels they use , I decided to buy one of these and six rolls of paper towells. I installed it in our restroom and set it so it comes out minimum and is very slow. its been 2 months and I still haven't been through one roll yet. normally we would be through 2 cases of bounty. (if not more)I may sound cheap but its the actual time to replace the bounty paper towels at least every other day and the time and money for one of my guys to drive to Wal-Mart and back made this unit a no brainer. . at the end of the day the $$ all ads up . I would say there is over a 500% savings on this machine. My husband had a heart attack and bypass surgery recently. When he got home from the hospital, one of the first things he wanted was one of these, just like the hospital has. He loves having a generous paper towel handy in the bathroom that he can simply toss into the trash. No need to use a soggy hand towel that needs washing. He was barely able to get out of bed, so he coached me through installing it in our master bath. It was pretty easy, even for a non-handy person like me! We absolutely love it! I'm thinking of ordering another one for my upstairs bathroom. While this towel dispenser might work good, be aware these 10" towel widths are difficult to find. For that reason alone I think it's only worthy of 3 stars. I own a restaurant and the towels are not available at Restaurant Depot, Costco, or any of the janitorial stores that I go to. Only place I've been able to find the towels at a decent price is on webstaurant though I haven't checked to see that their brand fits. This is another thing you have to watch out for because you might think all 10" rolls fit but they don't! Too bad I bought 4 of these, if I had known any better I would have gone with the standard 8" roll that you can find just able anywhere. In addition, 10" rolls are expensive. So looking around online, you will be able to find these shipped for approximately $10 a roll. If you went to Costco and bought the Marathon dispensers, they are 8" and will cost you about $31 when on sale per dispenser. The rolls you can buy at Costco for $56 for a dozen, less than $5 per roll. Your best bet is to take advantage of the great prices at Costco, their wonderful return policy, and being able to find the product easily at almost any supplier or janitorial store. This towel dispenser is fantastic. It has multiple settings that allow you to customize the sensitivity and the towel length. The unit itself is nice looking without drawing a lot of attention to itself. I have owned this unit for about 1 year and have not had to change the batteries yet. It is not in an extremely high traffic bathroom but it gets used daily by employees and customers. I would highly recommend this dispenser. I would also suggest buying the 6 pack of towel rolls. It will last you and save you considerable money as opposed to buying the single rolls.
