We have this same style of hardware throughout our bath and selected this to compliment the other one we already have. Since The Ginger Kubic line does not have a short hand towel holder available, this is what we use next to the sinks to hold them. The horizontal arm does rotate up off one of the posts and I was planning on epoxying it so it wouldn't flip up, but due to the solid construction, the weight of the arm keeps it firmly planted down. Also, when installing it you can rotate the post with the arm so that it cannot rotate up and tighten the mounting screw in that position, although the recessed allen screw might be visible.
